BA Core, BA White-Label Business Platform
BA White-Label Business Platform
Your Website. Booking System. Facility Automation. POS. One Local Platform.
Starting at $999.99
BA White Label is a complete business platform built specifically for golf simulator facilities.
At the center of the system is your BA Core — a dedicated self-hosted server appliance installed at your facility and loaded with the complete BA software platform.
This is much more than an online booking calendar.
Your BA Core can run your:
Public business website
Online booking system
Membership program
Customer payments
Gift cards and credits
Digital waivers
Facility access
Golf bay automation
Simulator PC communication
Customer session notifications
Business analytics
POS system
Receipt, kitchen and bar printing
Webhook integrations
Backup and recovery system
Every BA Core hardware package includes the same software platform.
You are choosing the hardware configuration that best fits your facility — not buying software features one tier at a time.
BUILD YOUR OWN WEBSITE
Your BA Core can host the public-facing website your customers actually visit.
You do not need to be a web developer.
The BA admin system includes an easy-to-use website builder that allows the facility owner to build and update their own website from the same interface used to manage the rest of the business.
Build your landing page around your facility and your brand.
Manage things such as:
Business name and branding
Facility photos
Hero images
Colors
Facility information
Bay information
Features and amenities
Membership information
Events
Contact information
Staffed hours
SEO information
Calls to action
Book Now buttons and links
Once you are happy with the website, make it live.
When customers visit your business domain, they arrive at the website you created on your BA system with clear paths throughout the site to Book Now.
Your marketing website and booking platform work together instead of being two completely separate products.
Real golf simulator websites such as turfteetimes.com and theturncb.com have been built around this system.
COMPLETE ONLINE BOOKING
Customers can book directly through your website.
The booking system can manage:
Real-time availability
Multiple golf bays
Customer-selected bays
Automatic bay assignment
Different pricing by time and day
Bay-specific pricing
Premium bays
Discounts
Gift cards
Membership pricing
Customer information
Waivers
Stripe payments
Booking confirmations
Email notifications
SMS notifications
Access information
Booking changes and cancellations
The website, booking engine and facility automation all work from the same system.
A customer can visit your website, book a bay and pay — and the BA Core can take it from there.
BUILD YOUR FACILITY
One of the most powerful parts of BA White Label is the facility and bay builder.
The owner can build out the golf bays in the admin interface and tell the BA Core how each bay should operate.
A bay can include much more than a simulator.
Depending on the hardware installed at the facility, a bay can control and communicate with equipment such as:
Simulator computers
Launch monitors
Projectors
TVs
Lighting
Spotlights
Air conditioning
Heat
Fans
Audio equipment
Smart plugs
Relays
Network-controlled equipment
Other supported automation devices
You decide what belongs to each bay.
The BA Core then connects that equipment to the booking schedule.
AUTOMATIC BAY STARTUP AND SHUTDOWN
When a customer has a reservation, the facility can prepare itself automatically.
For example, the system can be configured to:
Recognize the upcoming booking.
Unlock or prepare customer access.
Turn on the appropriate bay.
Power the simulator computer.
Turn on the launch monitor.
Start the projector.
Turn on TVs.
Adjust lighting.
Control heating or cooling equipment.
Keep the bay operating for the booked session.
Warn the customer as their time is ending.
Shut equipment down when the session is complete.
Each facility can be built differently.
A simple facility may only automate a computer and projector.
A larger unmanned facility may automate nearly everything required to operate the building.
The BA Core is designed to be the system that ties those pieces together.
BA SIMULATOR WATCHER
When you build a bay, the BA system can create the BA Simulator Watcher for that bay.
The Watcher is installed on the simulator PC and communicates with the BA Core.
This gives the booking system a direct connection to the customer-facing simulator computer.
Instead of the booking system stopping at the website, it can follow the customer all the way into their actual simulator session.
The Watcher can display information such as:
Welcome and session information
Current booking time
Time remaining
Session ending soon
Almost finished
Reserved bay messages
Facility messages
Options to add additional time when available
QR codes or instructions for extending the session
End-of-session information
The Watcher also gives the BA system another way to monitor and manage the simulator PC as part of the automated bay.
Each bay receives its own configuration so the BA Core knows which simulator PC belongs to which bay.
DESIGNED FOR UNMANNED FACILITIES
BA White Label was built with automated and 24/7 simulator facilities in mind.
A customer should be able to:
Visit your website → Book → Pay → Receive access → Enter → Play → Leave
with the facility handling as much of the process automatically as you choose.
The platform can bring together:
Online booking
Customer payments
Door access
Bay startup
Simulator computers
Equipment power
Customer session messages
Added-time purchases
Bay shutdown
End-of-day shutdown
You decide how automated your business needs to be.
Staffed and hybrid facilities can use the same system.
MEMBERSHIPS
Create membership programs around the way your business actually operates.
Configure options such as:
Monthly memberships
Annual memberships
Flat-rate pricing
Percentage discounts
Included booking time
Booking-window advantages
Time restrictions
Bay restrictions
Membership limits
Multiple member PINs
Family or multi-code memberships
Member deposits
Member account credits
Members can receive their own PIN and member portal.
The system can track usage, discounts, credits, guest activity and other membership information directly alongside the booking system.
GROUP CHECK-IN AND SETTLEMENT
For staffed and hybrid facilities, BA White Label can help manage what happens when the group actually arrives.
The system can account for:
Number of golfers
Members in the group
Guests
Member pricing
Deposits already collected
Available credits
Guest charges
Remaining balance
Employee completing the transaction
This provides the foundation for a simulator-specific checkout and POS experience rather than forcing a golf simulator business into a generic retail workflow.
POINT OF SALE
BA White Label is expanding beyond online booking into the physical counter.
The same BA Core that manages the website, reservations and facility can also support the POS side of the business.
The platform is designed for:
In-person Stripe payments
Cash transactions
Customer tabs and groups
Menu items
Gift cards
Customer credits
Receipt printing
Cash drawers
Counter printers
Kitchen printers
Bar printers
Printer routing
Barcode scanners
Employee settlement
Transaction records
Larger facilities planning to make significant use of POS are strongly encouraged to choose one of the NVMe BA Core configurations.
For higher-volume facilities using the BA Core as the center of both their booking operation and POS system, we recommend the 1 TB BA Core.
GIFT CARDS AND CUSTOMER CREDITS
Gift cards can be sold through your own website and managed directly by the system.
The platform can manage:
Digital gift card purchases
Gift card codes
Remaining balances
Partial redemption
Complimentary gift cards
Customer credits
Credit restoration when applicable
The gift card system works together with booking instead of requiring a completely separate platform.
WEBHOOKS AND CUSTOM INTEGRATIONS
Every facility is different.
BA White Label includes webhook capability so owners and integrators can extend the system beyond the built-in automation options.
Webhooks can allow other systems to react to events occurring inside BA White Label.
Examples could include:
New bookings
Booking cancellations
Customer check-in
Gift card purchases
New memberships
Custom automation
External dashboards
Home Assistant workflows
Third-party systems
Custom business processes
This gives more advanced facility owners another way to make the BA Core work with the rest of their technology.
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND ANALYTICS
The BA Core does more than take reservations.
Owners can track information such as:
Booking revenue
Membership revenue
Bay utilization
Hours booked
Average group size
Member activity
Guest usage
No-shows
Cancellations
Outstanding credits
Revenue per bay hour
Revenue per golfer hour
Bay performance
Business activity
Your website, bookings, memberships and facility operation all feed into the same business platform.

IMPORTANT PURCHASE & SUPPORT INFORMATION
Please Read Before Purchasing
BA White Label is a powerful, self-hosted business platform designed to give golf simulator facility owners significantly more control over their website, booking system, facility automation, memberships, POS and day-to-day operation.
It is not the right product for every facility.
Unlike a traditional cloud software subscription where the software provider manages the servers, integrations and ongoing technical operation for you, BA White Label is designed around a different model:
You purchase the system once, host it at your own facility and take ownership of operating it.
Please understand the following before purchasing.
1. SELF-HOSTED SYSTEM
Your BA White Label platform runs on the BA Core located at your facility.
After initial setup, the facility is responsible for the normal operation and management of its system.
BA Custom Products LLC does not continuously manage, monitor or administer your BA Core on your behalf.
This self-hosted design is intentional. It provides the facility with more independence and control while avoiding an ongoing BA software subscription.
It also means the facility accepts more responsibility for its own system than it would with a fully managed cloud service.
2. THIS SYSTEM REQUIRES SOME TECHNICAL ABILITY
BA White Label has been designed to make setup and management as straightforward as reasonably possible, with owner-facing setup screens, configuration tools and guided interfaces.
However, this is still a powerful system capable of controlling computers, launch monitors, projectors, TVs, lighting, HVAC equipment, access systems, printers, POS hardware and other devices.
Some installations can become technically complex.
The purchaser should either:
Be comfortable following detailed technical instructions, or
Have an employee, local IT provider, automation specialist or other qualified person available when needed.
BA Custom Products will provide documentation, setup information and instructional videos covering the system and supported configurations.
We may also answer reasonable questions and help point customers in the right direction.
However, ongoing installation, IT administration, network troubleshooting, custom automation work and technical support are not included as an unlimited service with the one-time purchase price.
Purchasing a BA Core should not be viewed as purchasing permanent on-call IT support from BA Custom Products.
3. FACILITY AUTOMATION IS THE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY
BA White Label provides tools that can be used to automate equipment throughout a golf simulator facility.
What equipment is connected, how it is connected and how individual automation rules are configured are ultimately determined by the facility.
This may include equipment such as:
Simulator computers
Launch monitors
Projectors
TVs
Lighting
Heating
Air conditioning
Fans
Smart plugs
Relays
Door-access equipment
Network devices
Other supported hardware
The facility is responsible for making sure equipment is installed properly, electrically appropriate for the intended use and safely configured.
Do not automate equipment in a way that could create an unsafe condition if it unexpectedly turns on, turns off, loses communication or fails to respond.
Electrical, HVAC, access-control and other specialized installations should be performed by qualified professionals where appropriate.
4. THIRD-PARTY HARDWARE AND SERVICES
BA White Label can communicate with and integrate with many devices and outside services, but BA Custom Products does not manufacture or control those third-party products.
Examples may include:
Stripe
Payment terminals
Receipt printers
Kitchen/bar printers
Cash drawers
RemoteLock
Shelly devices
BroadLink devices
Home Assistant
Network equipment
Computers
Launch monitors
Simulator software
SMS providers
Email providers
Domain and DNS services
Other connected products and services
Third-party products can change their hardware, firmware, APIs, pricing, policies or services independently of BA Custom Products.
BA Custom Products cannot guarantee that every third-party product, firmware version or future service change will remain compatible indefinitely.
Whenever possible, facilities should use hardware specifically recommended or tested for the BA platform.
5. INTERNET AND OUTSIDE SERVICE OUTAGES
The BA Core is self-hosted locally, but some functions naturally depend on Internet connectivity or outside providers.
For example, Internet access may be required for services such as:
Online customer access to your website
Stripe payment processing
SMS delivery
Email delivery
Cloud-connected door locks
Remote administration
Certain third-party integrations
An outage involving your Internet provider, local network, payment processor or another outside service may temporarily affect those features even if the BA Core itself is operating normally.
BA Custom Products is not responsible for outages, service interruptions or changes caused by third-party providers or customer networking equipment.
6. DATA MANAGEMENT AND BACKUPS ARE THE FACILITY'S RESPONSIBILITY
Your BA Core stores important business information.
Depending on how you use the system, this may include:
Bookings
Customer information
Memberships
Pricing
Gift cards
Customer credits
Website configuration
POS information
Sales records
Automation configuration
Printer configuration
Business settings
Administrative information
The facility is ultimately responsible for protecting and maintaining its business data.
BA White Label provides backup and recovery tools to make this easier.
NVMe BA Core systems also include a separate 64 GB SD card that can be configured for local backup use.
Owners can also download a Full DB backup for recovery purposes.
Having backup tools available does not eliminate the owner's responsibility to verify that backups are being created successfully and to maintain appropriate backup copies.
BA Custom Products LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for data loss resulting from circumstances including hardware failure, improper configuration, deleted data, failed or missing backups, customer actions, third-party failures, power problems, network problems, corruption, theft, fire or other events outside BA Custom Products' control.
Facilities should periodically download a current Full DB backup and maintain an additional copy somewhere separate from the BA Core and the facility whenever practical.
7. A BACKUP DEVICE IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY AN OFF-SITE BACKUP
A backup stored on an SD card or USB drive inside the same facility provides useful protection against certain hardware or storage failures.
It does not protect against every event.
For example, a fire, theft, major electrical event or physical damage could potentially affect both the primary BA Core and backup media stored at the same location.
Facilities requiring stronger disaster protection should periodically download their Full DB backup and store a copy somewhere outside the facility.
8. COLD SPARE SYSTEMS
A BA Core Cold Spare provides replacement hardware that can be kept at the facility in case the primary BA Core experiences a hardware failure.
A cold spare is not an automatic failover server.
It does not continuously mirror and instantly replace the primary system.
Returning the facility to operation may require connecting the spare, restoring a valid backup, verifying configuration and reconnecting or verifying facility integrations.
The effectiveness of a cold spare therefore depends in part on the facility maintaining current and usable backups.
9. POS AND PAYMENT SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITY
Facilities choosing to use BA White Label for point-of-sale operations are responsible for properly configuring and maintaining their payment accounts, POS hardware, printers, cash drawers, menus, taxes and other business-specific settings.
Payment processing is provided by third-party payment providers such as Stripe and is subject to that provider's terms, fees and availability.
BA Custom Products does not hold or process customer payment funds on behalf of the facility.
The facility remains responsible for its own accounting, taxes, cash management, payment disputes and applicable business requirements.
10. WEBHOOKS AND CUSTOM INTEGRATIONS
BA White Label provides webhook and integration capabilities for facilities that want to build additional automation or connect outside systems.
These advanced capabilities can be extremely powerful.
They also allow a facility or third-party developer to create workflows outside the configurations directly developed or tested by BA Custom Products.
Custom integrations, scripts, webhook receivers, Home Assistant automations and other owner-created systems are the responsibility of the facility or developer who creates them.
BA Custom Products cannot guarantee or provide unlimited support for custom third-party integrations.
11. SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR REAL-WORLD BUSINESS USE — BUT NO SYSTEM IS PERFECT
BA Custom Products develops and tests BA White Label for use in golf simulator businesses.
However, no computer system, network, automation platform or software application can be guaranteed to operate without interruption, defects or unexpected failures.
Facilities should have reasonable procedures for handling situations such as:
Internet outages
Equipment failures
BA Core hardware failure
Power outages
Payment-processing outages
Printer failures
Automation-device failures
Network problems
Incorrect configuration
Backup or restore problems
A golf simulator facility should never be designed so that a single technology failure creates an unsafe situation.
12. BUSINESS INTERRUPTION AND LOST REVENUE
The facility is responsible for maintaining appropriate operational procedures and backup plans for its business.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BA Custom Products LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential business losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the BA White Label platform, including lost bookings, lost revenue, business interruption or losses resulting from third-party service or equipment failures.
Specific warranty, liability and remedy terms applicable to your purchase are contained in the BA Custom Products Terms of Sale and Software License Agreement.
13. ONE-TIME PURCHASE DOES NOT INCLUDE UNLIMITED FUTURE SERVICE
Your purchase includes the BA Core hardware configuration selected at checkout and the BA White Label software provided with the system.
BA Custom Products intends to provide customers with extensive documentation, instructional material and videos to help owners understand and operate the platform.
We are also happy to answer reasonable questions about the product.
However, the purchase price does not include:
Unlimited technical support
Permanent remote management
On-site IT service
Network administration
Custom facility wiring
Custom programming
Unlimited custom integrations
Third-party equipment installation
Employee training programs
Ongoing POS administration
Repair of customer-owned equipment
Continuous monitoring of the facility
Guaranteed future compatibility with every third-party product
Additional services may be offered separately when available.
IS BA WHITE LABEL RIGHT FOR YOU?
BA White Label is a great fit for an owner who wants:
Control over their own system
A one-time-purchase software model
Their own locally hosted business platform
A customizable public website
Integrated online booking
Extensive facility automation
Membership management
POS capability
The ability to expand with integrations and webhooks
Less dependence on multiple monthly software subscriptions
The freedom to build a highly automated facility
It may not be the right fit for an owner who wants:
A completely hands-off managed service
Someone else to administer their network
Someone else to configure every automation device
Unlimited technical support included forever
A provider responsible for every piece of third-party equipment
A system requiring no technical learning or involvement from the facility
We want customers to understand that difference before purchasing.
BA White Label gives facility owners a large amount of control and flexibility.
With that control comes responsibility for operating and maintaining your own facility technology.
QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING?
If you are unsure whether BA White Label is a good fit for your facility, contact BA Custom Products before ordering.
We would rather help you determine that the system is not the right fit before you purchase it than sell you a system that does not match the way you want to operate your business.

Their own locally hosted business platform
A customizable public website
Integrated online booking
Extensive facility automation
Membership management
POS capability
The ability to expand with integrations and webhooks
Less dependence on multiple monthly software subscriptions
The freedom to build a highly automated facility

Someone else to configure every automation device
Unlimited technical support included forever
A provider responsible for every piece of third-party equipment
A system requiring no technical learning or involvement from the facility
We want customers to understand that difference before purchasing.
BA White Label gives facility owners a large amount of control and flexibility.
