Lead Time Information

Thank you for your interest in the Mega Control Box! Please note that each control box is 100% print-to-order. This means that once you place your order, we will design your box in software and then print it. Due to the amount of material used to ensure its strength and durability, each box takes over 24 hours to print.

Additionally, because of the complexity and size of the print, there is a higher chance of print failure. Rest assured, we won’t send you an “over par” control box – we take pride in delivering only the best quality products.

Although I have 8 printers capable of printing the box, I am still active in the army and have other orders to fulfill. As a result, the box can take a couple of weeks to get completed. I am giving myself extra lead time, but hopefully, it will never be longer than a week. Please understand that I am human and a one-man show.

Before you proceed, please make sure this product is right for you! This control box requires a good knowledge of JoyToKey or the willingness to learn it, and the ability to troubleshoot. With so many buttons, it uses 2 USB encoders. If the wrong one turns on first, JoyToKey will recognize the buttons incorrectly. I will explain in future videos how to make it recognize the correct one first or swap them if it grabs the wrong one.
