The demo at babookingsandbox.com is a real BA Core you can click through: booking, the front counter and the admin.
What one BA Core runs
- Your public business website (built in the admin, no web developer needed)
- Online booking with real-time availability, multiple bays, pricing by time and day
- Memberships: monthly or annual, PINs, credits, included time
- Customer payments through Stripe, gift cards and credits
- Digital waivers and facility access
- Bay automation: simulator PC, launch monitor, projector, TVs, lights, heat, fans, smart plugs, relays
- BA Simulator Watcher on the bay PC: time remaining, session messages, add time
- Point of sale: tabs, menu items, cash, receipt, kitchen and bar printing
- Business analytics: revenue, utilization, members, no-shows
- Webhooks for custom integrations, backup and recovery
Built for unmanned and 24/7 facilities, used by staffed ones too
A customer visits your website, books, pays, gets access, enters, plays and leaves, with the facility handling as much of that automatically as you choose. When a booking comes up, the BA Core can unlock access, turn on the bay, power the simulator PC and launch monitor, start the projector, set the lights, warn the customer as time runs out, and shut everything down after.
Same software on every package
Every BA Core package runs the complete platform. You are choosing hardware (storage, Power over Ethernet, a prepared cold spare for emergencies), not unlocking features one tier at a time.

Full details, every package and the purchase and support information are on the listing. Read the support information before buying: BA White-Label is self-hosted, so it is not the right product for every facility.
