Not happy with something you bought here? You have 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back. Text (218) 684-3290 or email bacustomproducts@gmail.com with your order details and Ba will tell you where to send it and sort out the refund.

• Custom builds (your logo, your layout, your colors, personalized items) are made for you, so talk to Ba first; he will work something out.
• Free downloads have nothing to return. If a program does not work for you, tell Ba anyway.

The Trust Me Bro Guarantee

Every control box is built by hand by one person, and that person answers the phone. If a box stops doing what it is supposed to do, text Ba. He will walk you through it, and if it needs fixing or replacing, he takes care of it. No forms, no ticket numbers, no "that is out of warranty" runaround. That is the whole guarantee, and it is why it is called Trust Me Bro.

What it does not cover: DIY kits. A kit is a set of parts you build yourself, standard (no soldering) or expert (soldering), and it carries no warranty. Every box Ba builds is covered. Damage from a club or a ball finding the box is not. Even then, text him. He has fixed worse.
