Shipping

United States: orders over $140 ship free. Under that, shipping is a flat $8.99. Everything ships from Thief River Falls, Minnesota by USPS or UPS, usually within 1 to 3 business days of the order; most US addresses see it in 2 to 7 days after that. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.

Canada: shipping is the carrier's live rate for your package's weight, shown at checkout before you pay. Duties, taxes and brokerage are charged to you on arrival, every time; read the international shipping terms before you order.

Other countries: this site ships to the US and Canada only. Order from BA Custom Products on Etsy, which ships elsewhere.

Sales tax: Minnesota deliveries pay Minnesota sales tax at the rate for the delivery address. No tax is charged on orders delivered to other states.

Custom and made-to-order items (custom boxes, personalized tee holders, ferrules with your logo) take longer; the listing says how long, and Ba will text or email if anything changes.
