Buying from this site means you agree to these terms. They are written plainly on purpose.

Who you are buying from

BA Custom Products LLC, 1102 N Main, Thief River Falls, MN 56701, a veteran-owned one-man shop. Ba designs, builds and ships everything himself.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe's page; this site never sees your card. Sales tax is charged on orders delivered to Minnesota at the rate for the delivery address. An order is accepted when the payment goes through; you get an email confirmation. If a price or listing is wrong, Ba will contact you before building or shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Shipping

Ships to the United States and Canada. US orders over $140 ship free; otherwise a flat rate shown at checkout. Canada is quoted live by weight at checkout, and all duties, taxes and carrier fees on arrival are yours, every time. Tracking is emailed when the order ships. Risk passes to you when the carrier delivers; if a package arrives damaged or goes missing, tell Ba within 7 days and he will sort it with the carrier. Full details: shipping.

Returns and the guarantee

30-day returns, and the Trust Me Bro Guarantee on every box Ba builds: how it works. DIY kits are sets of parts you build yourself and carry no warranty. Custom and personalized items are made for you; talk to Ba first.

Custom work

Custom boxes, logos, layouts, personalized items and quoted jobs are built to what you approve. Check the proof or the details carefully; once it is approved and built, it is yours.

Software

Free programs are free to use under the license shown when you install them. They come as is, without warranty, and Ba helps when he can. The BA Core appliance and any paid software are sold under the terms on their own pages.

Reviews and content

By posting a review you give the shop permission to show it on the site. Reviews are published as written and are only declined for spam, abuse or off-topic content: review policy.

Trademarks

GSPro, PurePlay, TruGolf, E6, ProTee, SkyTrak, TGC and FSX Play are trademarks of their owners. BA Custom Products is not affiliated with them; the boxes and software work with those programs.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, the shop's liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights the law gives you where you live.
