International shipping

This site ships to the United States and Canada. Other countries: order from BA Custom Products on Etsy, which ships elsewhere. Read this before you order from Canada, because it is strict and it has no exceptions.

What you pay at checkout

The shipping charge at checkout is the carrier's rate to get your package from Thief River Falls, Minnesota to your address, quoted by the packed weight of your order. That is all it covers: the ride. It is not an all-in price.

What you pay on arrival

Every country, and some provinces and states, charge their own fees on imported goods. Those are yours, every time:

The carrier or your customs office will contact you for payment before or at delivery. BA Custom Products does not collect these, cannot estimate them for you, and cannot pay them for you. If you are not sure what your country charges, check with your customs office before you order.

If you refuse to pay

If a package is refused or abandoned because duties or fees were not paid, the carrier either destroys it or returns it to us at our cost. Return shipping and any fees charged to us are deducted from any refund, and some carriers do not return at all. Please do not order internationally if you are not prepared to pay your country's fees.

Customs paperwork

Every international package is declared honestly: the real contents and the real value. We do not mark gifts, lower values or change descriptions. Please do not ask.

Delivery time and tracking

Carrier estimates are given at checkout. Customs clearance adds time we do not control. Tracking is emailed when the package ships.

Power and plugs

Control boxes run on a single AA battery or a rechargeable 18650 cell and plug into your sim PC by USB dongle or Bluetooth, so there is nothing country-specific to worry about.
