Review policy

Reviews on this site are written by customers and visitors, not by BA Custom Products, and never by software. Here is how they are handled.

Who can review

Anyone, after confirming their email address. A review that comes from an order link shows "Verified buyer".

What is published

Every confirmed review is published as written, star rating and all. Ba does not edit review text, and a review is never held back for being negative.

The only reasons a review is turned down

• Spam or advertising
• Abusive or offensive content
• Content that is not about the product or the shop

Nothing else. Declines are recorded with the reason.

Owner replies

Ba may reply to a review. Replies are shown as replies, separate from the review.

No rewards for reviews

Nobody is paid, discounted or otherwise rewarded for a positive review, and no review is asked to be changed.

Your email

Your email is used once, to confirm the review, and is never shown or shared. A review request may be sent after an order; it includes an unsubscribe link.
