What it does
Plenty of golfers run GSPro on a touchscreen monitor and tap their way around: aim, club, menus. What the touchscreen does not give you, at least not without hunting, are the quick functions you want mid-round. The Companion is the companion to that touchscreen: six buttons for exactly those functions, one press each, from the mat.
- Mulligan: take the shot again.
- Heat map and green grid: read the green.
- Camera clip and flyover: see the hole.
- Shot cam: watch the shot.
No aim or club buttons on purpose: the touchscreen already does those. Want everything on buttons instead? That is the V2.5.
